Yoto’s Kids audio and speaker products existed solely online. They wanted to create a test retail environment to explore the possibility of opening physical stores in both London and New York.

An interactive audio playground

Our team created a series of highly interactive play experiences inside two pop-up concept stores. Both spaces were designed to test specific aspects of the retail experience, allowing Yoto to gather key data to inform their move into permanent stores. Each featured playable aspects of the brand that allowed kids and families to experience a range of Yoto’s amazing products.

The stores provided important brand visibility to key audiences in each city during the crucial gift-buying run up to Christmas. KPI’s for awareness and unit sales were also exceeded in both locations, giving Yoto valuable insight and data for the future.
