80 years of craft

Coach bags are meant to be worn, loved, and eventually passed on to the next generation. We were tasked with creating a store that told the story of the brand’s vintage legacy for the Gen Z present and future.

Loved and reloved

Our team helped deliver a pop-up concept store in Spitalfields, celebrating the heritage, community and sustainability of Coach vintage. Inspired by vintage New York stores of the 1940s, the experience featured live music, artists in residence and ‘in conversation/ evenings with creators and crafters.

Visitors could take part in bespoke events and activations including the Coach Craftsmanship Bar, the opportunity to shop Coach (Re)Loved bags, as well as interactive collaborations with visiting local artists who were on-site to personalise leather goods with embroidery. A curated vintage store featured upcycled and repurposed furniture crafted by local designers, and also displayed bags from Coach’s archival collection.

The team at XYZ delivered the full events programme and event management, including talent and staffing throughout the duration of the installation.

Upcrafted, restored, remade

Inspired by the house’s commitment to crafting a better-made future, Coach Vintage became a three month embodiment of community, sustainability and craft.
